What does an ERPNext partner do?
An ERPNext partner plans and carries out your ERPNext project. That usually covers requirement analysis, module setup, customization, data migration, training and support after go-live.
Do I need a partner to use ERPNext?
Not always. ERPNext is free, open-source software that you can set up yourself. Most businesses use a partner because the work lies in fitting it to their process, migrating data and training users.
How do I choose an ERPNext partner?
Look for experience in your industry, a clear cost breakup before work starts, advice on only the modules you need, and defined support after go-live. Ask to speak with existing clients.
How much does an ERPNext partner cost in India?
ERPNext has no licence fee. One-time implementation typically costs ₹2.5 lakh to ₹3.5 lakh for a small or trading business, ₹3.5 lakh to ₹10 lakh for a manufacturing unit, and ₹7 lakh to ₹15 lakh for multi-location or complex setups. Customization, hosting and support are extra.
Is Khatavahi an official Frappe partner?
No. Frappe, the company behind ERPNext, runs its own partner programme and publishes a directory on frappe.io. Khatavahi is an independent ERPNext consultancy and is not part of that programme. We work directly with each client as their long-term ERPNext partner.
