How much does ERPNext implementation cost in India?
ERPNext itself has no licence fee. One-time implementation typically costs ₹2.5 lakh to ₹3.5 lakh for a small or trading business, ₹3.5 lakh to ₹10 lakh for a manufacturing unit, and ₹7 lakh to ₹15 lakh for multi-location or complex setups. Customization, hosting and support are extra. The final price is set after we understand your process.
How long does ERPNext implementation take?
A standard implementation typically takes 60 to 90 days, including planning, configuration, data migration, user training and go-live support. Larger implementations with significant customization may take longer.
Can you migrate data from Tally or our old software?
Yes. We migrate data from legacy systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle and custom software, and provide templates to map your customers, items, suppliers and opening balances into ERPNext.
Is ERPNext really free?
Yes. ERPNext is open-source software with no licence fee, per-user charge or annual subscription. Businesses pay for implementation, customization, hosting and ongoing support, not for the software.

Yes. ERPNext can be set up for GST invoicing, e-invoice and e-way bill generation, TDS, and payroll with PF, ESIC and automated salary slips. We configure these as part of an implementation for Indian companies.
Can ERPNext be customized for my process?
